It was ideal for my purpose which was literally just staying somewhere close to the airport. It was tucked away so a short walk is needed to grab some food but I loved the neighborhood with all friendly family-owned eateries. The room was very nice, had everything we needed and more. Only issue was there was a lady who seemed to either not know what she was doing or didn't work there and was left in charge of reception area when we arrived. She had to call someone else who had to tell her what to do and it just seemed overall unprofessional, not even a shared smile on her face for decent greeting to feel welcomed at least. She seemed very confused about my arrival and booking but the lady on the phone was extremely polite and clearly knew exactly what to do. Too bad she was only over the phone. During check out the next morning, we helped ourselves to the complimentary toast and coffee or tea available as breakfast, which is fine, however there was no staff around for the 20 whole minutes we sat and ate while waiting for our taxi. Nobody ever came so I just left the key on desk and parted ways. Does anybody truly work there??
