So much potential, so disappointing...

In conclusion, despite all of the difficulties we faced with the staff, we still LOVED our upper floor plunge pool room, and we felt that the price was very reasonable. I do not want to discourage people from staying at this resort, but I DO want people to be prepared for many inadequacies with the staff. DO NOT expect that the staff will remember or honor any requests that you make. It is important to assume that they will forget, make mistakes and even be a little rude. If you know all of this going in then you will have a great stay!
