Ken was AMAZING - BED was NOT

Great….Most everything was great. Ken (Manager/Concierge) was the best we came across on our whole trip. Bed's were incredibly hard. I mean floor hard. Almost felt like there was a joke being played on us. Switch out the beds!

Private Pool in every villa
