We stayed for two nights at the hotel. The first night we ate at the restaurant, we ordered beef and the restaurant served pork instead! The second night, we had reserved the candle light dinner package which the hotel advertised as a special promotion with lobster and tiger shrimps and crabs! They served the seafood platter but there was no lobster! The food quality of the rest of the seafood is horrible! They were not fresh even though we had to reserve this dinner package one day in advance! We ended up having stomach problems that night. When we complained to the hotel manager the next day, all he could say was sorry and offered 50% off our dinner bill! We considered that's a cheat since they didn't serve the lobster as advertised, no explanation offered when we asked and we had to pay a high price for such dinner!
