Our experience with this hotel
Pro: room and bathroom very spacious. Room on the 5th (top) floor with a partial view over the roofs to the Tapi River. Covered, free car parking in the basement of the hotel with a lift directly to the room floors. Modest, free breakfast (maybe more after the Corona period). Tip: right across from the hotel is e.g. A cozy café called "Mary" with very friendly staff, good coffee, croissants etc. and also various cakes. Not expensive in terms of price. The hotel is in a good location for various shops, banks, restaurants and cafés and the night market.
Cons: There are rooms facing an inner courtyard with a restaurant / night club with music until about midnight! Well audible, even when the side window is closed! Hanging device for towels to dry off after showering was not (yet) attached. Information from the room service: Sorry, we currently have no one to hang these up! No offer made for an alternative solution. The friendliness of some people from the reception left a lot to be desired. Although the hotel name implies it, the building is not at the front of the harbour/river!
