Pros - Good lighting in the room and pleasant hotel environment. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially the lady in reception very helpful. The staffs works hard to fulfill all the guest requests. I have requested for a simple birthday surprise for my wife and they surprises us with a cake accompanied by hotel staffs right to the room. The environment is calm and surrounded by nature. Good place for those need a good sleep in a busy town.
Cons - Little far from Ao Nang Beach and main road. The shuttle service stops at 9.30 PM. I stayed in room 1208 for 2 nights and the water flooded the shower area, sink and toilet. The waste water does not flow and stucked. Complained to the front desk and they fixed on the first day. But the problem persist on the second night as well. I called the maintenance and the guy arrived and fixed it again. But it doesn't last even for one night.
