Wonderful clean and modern hotel. Staff were friendly and took pride in offering good service

Pros: Best service I received on my trip around Thailand. All staff are friendly and helpful. Looks like the pictures, nice and clean. Great size room. Nicest breakfasts than all the other places I stayed at. Western and Aisian foods. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice, and food was good quality. Shuttle to the beach. Massage chair in the lobby for guests to use as a bonus.
Cons: a bit too far from the beach, I needed to feel that beach vibe for the Ao.nang area.
Great place to stay, you wont be disappointed, I can't fault the hotel on anything.

Room is good maybe better drainage will Be more helpful. Staff is slow and unprofessional. Slow check engine in and out
