Good service but small rooms

i had a problem when reaching there. they gave me 3 beds instead of 4 when i book 4 adult at agoda. waste an hour to settle everything. everything is ok. worth the price but the beach was not as expected. the beach was dirty and the sand is not fine which was quite difficult to swim at the beach. the sand was better towards the right part of the beach when facing the sea.

The beach Is ok
The swimming pool water is sour. We think it's dirty. The beach in front of the resort is ok . The bathroom smells.
