Delay check in and shower handle issue

It's twice have booked and when I get to the counter, it takes longer to confirm the booking and it's annoying. The staff or management needs to improve this aspect. Also hard to shower for kids with the shower handle especially when you don't want water to touch your kids hair, it's hard to escape.

facilities are not environmental-friendly
Towels lose so much hairs, all cups are made of plastic which is not healthy if you drink hot water. Location is OK, close to the MRT. Check-in time is actually 14:00, not 12:00 as Agoda's information... อ่านต่อ

Perfect
A good hotel with enthusiastic staff. Beautiful, comfortable, and well designed hotel. It is convenient to go around as the hotel is in the center of the town and near public transportation like bts.

Good!
I spent 1 night here and I must say that it was excellent. The location is close to BTS. As for the room, it is excellent and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others.
