Nice room, very very poor service

We stayed at the hotel during Songkran Festival. You can check in at 2 pm not 12pm as info provided in Agoda. The staffs just talked to each other not really willing to provide any service. I asked the staff on the next day whether I have breakfast incuded, and she just gave me another breakfast coupons for the next days without saying sorry. I had asked the staff to fill up the shampoo in the bathroom for 2 days. Until my bf had to bring the bottle to the reception. Btw, the room is new and clean but not really soundproof.

Confort & Accessibility
Enjoyed the confortable bed, spacious, clean and friendly staff. It is accessible to key places to go in Pratunam and the BTS. Thumbs up!!

free shuttle car
quite near pratunam, have free shuttle car behind cubic hotel. hotel is new, so very clean, will come back again.

Clean and New Hotel
Not Far away BTS phayathai and shuttle tuk tuk service but a few walk. Near pratunam. Tue hotel combine with Cubic hotel. The work in rate is more expensive than Agoda rate.

Not very clean. The air condition was very noisy and sound proof are terrible. Receptionists are okay.
