Good, reasonably-priced, basic hotel located 25 mins from Suvarnabhumi Airport
This hotel, opened in Dec 2018, was chosen due to its location, so it was perfect for me. However, for anyone who wants to be be near town, I'd think twice. There is nothing in the area outside the hotel.
Free pick-up from and to Suvarnabhumi (but not DMK), arranged in advance.
My room was clean, large and spacious, with a good-size, flat TV screen. Nice bathroom, with a good shower.
The pool area, not too big, has round shallow pools for kids, and a 20 or so metre lap pool at one end.
The breakfast buffet was OK. A small selection of eastern and western, an egg station and a noodle cart. The fruit section, however, was poor - a selection of only 2 fruits, which for Thailand, is quite poor.
A good gym, with all the usual machines and hand weights. There's a fitness studio, with one class at 10am, and 3 more classes from 6pm.
Did not use the golf facilities.
Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need to go into Bangkok centre.
