Not a resoirt. Basic and NOT relaxing
We stayed at the Anana 'resort' for 3 days, and our experience was very poor.
The good:
- Clean room
- Good breakfast
- Sunrise Yoga
- Nice beach (10 minutes drive away)
The bad:
- Construction is happening almost all day long. You stay at the pool and hear hammers all day
- Not relaxing at all... they won't even put some atmosphere music at the pool
- Pool bar prices: they advertise 220 for cocktails, but won't tell you that at the checkout they'll charge you for almost 20% more (service fee and tax). No other restaurant will do that. The published price should be the final price
- Location:if you won't rent a motorbike, you'll have to pay quite a lot for taxis because the free shuttles schedule is very limited
- The owner seems to greet the guests during check in or breakfast, but we were skipped.
- Spa is insanely expensive and NOT ready yet for guests (still under construction)
Overall... it didn't feel like a fancy resort. It was a very basic B&B experience
