It has to be the worst hotel in Thailand!

Phoned up hotel to check that restaurant is open and to confirm paid breakfast. On arrival informed that restaurant closed and that breakfast is a selection of frozen meals that you select from a freezer and microwave yourself. No other food available, so we had no dinner and no breakfast, which we had paid for. The attitude of the staff was terrible. No tea or coffee, could not even buy a beer.

A roadside hotel with a pool.
