Great staff - comfortable room

This Hotel provided great service through their friendly staff I read complains about location and breakfast - yes, its located in a Soi which means narrow street. This Soi is no better or much worse than others in this area of BKK. Its not as narrow as described, cars use the passage too. There is indeed a slum settlement outside but I never noticed any people there. Breakfast is a modest plate, not a buffé. Keep in mind incase important to you. Its quite noisy as you have interchange highways around, bring earplugs. Pool offers sun after around 12 as its on 13:th floor. Bedsheets clean and bed softer than usual in Thailand. Very high pillow, I could not use it. Ok-ish internet, active on your floor only Due to proximity to Pratunam Market and airport link- 10mints walk plus a big room and great staff I would stay again.

Room smelt bad, ants crawling all over room and bathroom.
Pool is nice with a good view from the roof. Otherwise a very old property that has well past its better days.

Isolated location, poor service.
