I booked a garden pool villa at first. Then an hour later I found two flies sunken in my glass of water so the manager immediately moved us to an upgraded villa. Throughout my stay, I had witnessed an excellent customer satisfaction management all the way. The manager was highly experienced and most staffs were attentive. Every staff was patient and polite.
All villas were very private and modern.
The only problem in villa design was the setting of air conditioner in Duplex type, the vane directed to the bed and disturbed my sleep entirely.
The beach was not proper for swimming because of rocks. I rather used the in-house swimming pool. The hotel also provided some activities. On the arrival day, there was an aqua dance which I didn’t attend.
Above all problems, I enjoyed my stay and would likely go back again.
