Right on beach but run down

We had a good time however what we paid and what we got compared to other spots in chaweng samui was just not compatible. Rooms are run down, linen torn and had cigarette burn in it. The pool is near beach and that was great but when needing staff advise there was never anyone to be found. Accom restaurant almost non existent and run down. Place was ok for 3 nights we had there but lacked an ambience. It was ok but we won’t be back there are better spots around

Room is lousy.
