Good hotel, but some staff needed improvement.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is near the river, easy to find, clean hotel, but there are a few disadvantages. Glassesman employees are reluctant to assist. Because I forgot the key card in the room. The staff needs to be open, but he does not seem to be willing to help. The improvement is very good.
