Good Location - terrible service
From the moment we checked in, it was already delayed. We arrived at 10am and understood that we cant check in til 2pm which was fine. But at 2pm, we were advised that the room was not ready and we were already dead tired as we had to be up for an early flight. FO staff were clearly stressed at the moment because a lot of guest are queuing for checkin already. When we finally got to our room, we found out the there were no in room amenities as dental kits, shavers, shower caps and bath robes.. we were only provided towels, shower gels and a full minibar.. thats all.. everything else had to be requested and its pretty annoying. Even when they did make up room the following day, they dont refill the shower gels unless its down to zero. I understand that this is their sustainability practise which is not very feasible knowing that most guest come to Phuket for the beach and the need to rinse off constantly is a must. Staff at the Mana also dont smile and the pool staff was very grumpy..
