The location of the hotel is the only good thing about it since it's literally a 2-minute walk from Bangla road which is the place to be in Phuket/Patong.
Other than that, the hotel was awfully dimly-lit so much so that it gave a creepy feeling. From the corridors to the rooms, everything was dark and dim.
There is no sound-proofing so you can literally hear people talking/sometimes yelling in the corridors going back and forth with loud footsteps.
It wasn't absolutely clean like you would expect a hotel of the stature of Best Western to be, I remember walking in the corridors or stepping in the elevator only to see wet footprints, sand or some dirt lying around sometimes.
The WiFi kept disconnecting itself, like the session kept timing out whenever inactive which was really annoying as well.
Our soaps weren't refreshed/restocked until the 3rd day that too after we specifically asked them to send up fresh soaps, have never experienced that at any hotel I've stayed at.
