Unfriendly staff!

Stayed here for 4 nights, the room is spotless when we arrived however, on our 2nd night we asked them to clean, they replaced one towel and made the bed only, didn’t sweep the floor or anything! Staff are unfriendly, unhelpful. since we are type of travelers who doesn’t want to bother the hotel, I thought I needed their help to contact our tour operator since language is a little problem here, I assumed they can talk to them better in their language, but the lady I spoke to on the reception just instructed me how to use the in-room phone and call them myself! I know how to use the phone, I just dont think they’ll understand me. Staff never smiles, never greeted, snob of all sorts!

Location is very near to Jungceylon only 5 mins walk. But the lobby area super super hot - should improve

Staff is really impolite and the room table broken and the staff will say u broke it. Most important they say we use their condom so please check if before u stay in the room. The room is dirty too an... อ่านต่อ

Great value for the location. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
