Value for money!

Location is minutes walking distance to Jungceylon mall, Bangla, night Market and Patong beach. It's aboslutely a great stay despite the fact check in was pretty inefficient though I understand hotel was running high occupancy, receptionist should offer alternative ie: Jungceylon mall or the spa next door instead of keeping us waited for room. Staff are friendly. Beware of Jungceylon mall, we encountered several rude attitude from the Thai sales assistant, she didn't allow my hubby to try the shoe before we purchased, we noticed they treat Asian Chinese very rude. We experienced the true Thai warm hospitality at Renaissance Phuket instead. Will not visit Patong again

Great location
It's a great place to stay in terms of cleanliness and location. Buffet breakfast was acceptable. The hotel staff were mostly very friendly and helpful even though they can speak very limited English.... อ่านต่อ
