Tranquil, cosy cottages in ideal surroundings
I decided to go away for a relaxing break on my own for 10 days, and couldn't have stayed at a more ideal place. Lovely, private little bungalow - shabby chic and a little rough around the edges but perfectly comfortable and equipped with the basics needed for your stay. The bed was gargantuan for a start and very comfortable - sheets and towels were changed every day and a little arrangement of frangipani flowers were left on my bed every day! just lovely!
Breakfast was included and was literally a 2 minute walk away in the Honey restaurant located on a slightly quieter beach where I spent most of my days! While basic again - fruit, juice and coffee/tea other food a selection of western and thai breakfast was available should you require something a little more filling.
Massage salas are dotted all over the beaches and well worth indulging yourself for a thorough and revitalising massage for a fifth of the prices of the UK and for a full hour! I indulged virtually everyday - for approximately £10 it would be rude not to!!
In the evening a walk along the beach on the other side of the Honey Cottages provides a range of restaurants and if you walk onto the main road more restaurants can be found all along there - all reasonably priced, tasty food and lovely service.
I will definately be going back!
