Our room was downdgraded.

As soon as we stepped into the room, we knew that is wasn't the room we booked. When we approached the Receptionist, she insisted it was a Deluxe Room just like we booked. But it wasn't the same as the photos on Agoda website. The room we got was awful. They also refused to refund the price difference or compensate us of any kind. The next day, hotel manager admitted that we were downgraded. After much argument, they offered us a shared ride to the airport. Airport transfer doesn't amount up to the price difference. Horrible staff. Breakfast was sad!

Dissapointing

Quieter location, nice value and ideal for relax

Acceptable
