Excellent service, large and clean room, courteous staff

We were picked up by hotel staff in airport (complimentary). Arrived hotel, staff greeted us with a bouquet for my wife, refreshing drink and speedy check in. Room is big and clean. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Asian and western choices in buffet breakfast were adequate for our 4 night stay. My wife requested brown sugar for coffee and the captain gave her brown sugar the next morning when she ordered coffee. I asked for more vegetable when ordered noodle and I got more vegetable the next day when I ordered noodle without asking. They extended our check out time to 4 pm after knowing that we will take hotel shuttle to airport by 4pm. The only downside is that it is a bit far from night market around 15 minutes' walk. It is perfect for us since we want to have quite environment and don't mind a bit of walking. Both my wife and I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again if we return to Chiang Mai.

Everything so excellent
I would like to invite all of you to visit this premium and excellent service hotel. Everything and everybody were professional and excellent service. Breakfast have many food and good taste.

Very new, clean hotel with helpful great staff!!
Love the hospitality of the staff ever so eager and willing to help. Stayed 3Nights buffet breakfast was good but same for 3days .. pretty much almost like international buffet breakfast
