Location wasn't ideal

Considering the river view from the room, the rivertel seems to be a romantic location for our honeymoon.
We were abit put off by the location when we arrived. It was right at the end of a street that basically has nothing.
There wasn't any transportation option near the rivertel eg BTS or boat ride so you have to take a cab or grab to the nearest BTS or pier.
The rivertel doesn't have a lift, so do take note if you have heavy luggages or intend to do massive shopping.
Breakfast was a simple fare, American style. The menu was the same 3 options daily.
The room was clean and decent, and having netflix was a plus where there are many programmes that we can watch.
There was a special hotel staff whom we would like to mention, we didn't managed to get his name, he was wearing a pair of big spectacles. The service from him was top notched, he was extremely helpful and friendly helping us to settle in very quickly. We had an issue with our airport transfer service on the day of check out, and thanks to him, we were able to get it sorted and was able to get to the airport on time.

Everything is perfect! Staff very friendly and have good take care of you. A room is so relaxing with very a great river view so I will return here and recommend you to book now!
