Good time staying, but very disappointing with foods and beverages!

I stayed at Intercontinental Phuket, Kamala beach for 2 nights during long holidays. Hotel facilities are new and great. Beach is very clean and beautiful. Staffs were very nice. Anyway, I really disappointed with Breakfast! Very poor process management! They served a-la carte with really long waiting time! Too crowded at restaurant! At night, I ordered a glass of watermelon frappe at bar and it was awful because the watermelon was spoiled :( They should need improvement of bar and restaurant process/quality management ASAP!

Great beach hotel
Stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. Staff is super nice and helpful. Great facilities and a nice, clean beach
