don't have SERVICE MIND

The staff at front information doesn't has SERVICE MIND ! she could speaks "no , or deny" only what we asked to show or what we asked how to do. Example, we wanted looking the room that they have service in hotel, so first she said the room is not cleaning yet, it's messy ... we said, it's ok we understand it, we wanted to looking the bed in room that is good for us or is it not good. Finally, we get to looking the room and we were satisfied all facilities in the room that included the bed too. Then we decided staying in this hotel, we have asked many questions with girl staff but her answer was made us surprised .... She said, The room is available for today but it can't book because housekeeper can't clearing and cleaning the room for us ! ... but we can book the room for stay in tomorrow. That is really good answer from who is working in service business. She doesn't has service mind. Anyway, we choosing book the room via agoda.com and we really ensure that we will get the room even girl staff said that has one housekeeper and can't cleaning room !!!
