The Experience
I stay here for 2 nights. It was a nd interesting experience. The hotel service was tip top but i was in a situation. I requested for car rental for a day as the Baan Saladan was very far (30 minute). The hotel was very repsonsive & got me a good deal. I went out by 11am & got back by 8pm & returned the car. The reception help me & to my astonishishment, the car rental service (LANTA ANEE CAR RENTAL) blame me for a car scratch which wasnt my fault. I requested for the pictures before but the refused and blackmailed me to pay 2000baht. i requested for police and the car rental service insisted on paying them 2000 baht. I have been Thailand many times and this was a time i was shocked and suprise at what that had happen. But what i would like to tell you guys here is, i was very appriciative of the receptionist's help Miss Wan who stood by me and help me through the event. In all honesty, i found myself loving the hotel because of its staff. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you Miss Wan. i will come again, even with the incident. I would say the hotel was an amazing place to be and that accomadates lovely people, a beautiful view, wonderful food, sandy beaches and most of all, people who trust you for who you are.
