double booked room

Everything was ok. The room was double booked so we were "upgraded" to the plunge pool room which was ok but not what we wanted or paid for. The pics of the rooms are not in the main part of the resort, they are on the other side of the street. The rooms on the main side are older and not as nice but are closer to the pool and beach. Also the bed for a third person is very hard. Staff were very nice and helpful. if i were to stay again, i'd request the newer room and i'd probably use the gym more often haha.

Very good hotel

Great resort with excellent staff

Super great hotel
