Nice Villa in a good location - perfect ONLY if everything worked and charges were clear
Pros :
- location. only reason to recommend this hotel
- Friendly & helpful staff Ahmie who tried her best to make our stay great.
- Villa was clean and housekeeping was good.
- Best freshly brewed coffee at the breakfast buffet
Cons
- villa was dimly lit and the mosquitoes outside made the outdoor bathtub and Jacuzzi unusable at night. No hot water for the tub beside the pool.
- pillows were flat until we requested for change. Sleep quality for first few nights were very bad.
- tv pgms were limited unless you understand thai or chinese
- aircon and fan remotes didnt work and these went on and off on their own.
- being charged for mini bar consumption on first night despite being told that they were free. As reported in other reviews, this was waived after we pointed it out. TAKE NOTE!
- Being charged a deposit of 3000Baht on our credit card upon checked in and was told it will only be refunded within 7 days after check out. No receipt given.
- pool and spa under renovation
