Staff Diabolical, Awful and Unhelpful.
The rudest staff I have ever met at any resort. These are not the Thais I’ve come to know and love over several years of travel to Thailand. These people were aggressive, unhelpful and downright rude, even laughing in our faces and amongst each other at us. I had a disagreement with one member of staff over the fact they rented us a motorbike with a BALD front tyre, when I complained about it and said I would not be paying for it, due to the fact we nearly fell off this shoddy bike, he threatened me with the fact he had my passport, even holding it up, smiling and waving it in my face to taunt me. After a very heated exchange between us, he even told me he would get someone to kill me. Absolutely horrific, would never return.
The one member of staff we absolutely loved was Davis, aka Danny Dyer. As it turns out, he’s not even Thai, he’s from Myanmar, which sums this resort up. The Thai staff here are the worst I’ve ever encountered and multiple people agreed.
