stay in this hotel for 3 days

a typical normal 3-star hotel, not a good 3-star hotel:
1. the oil using to cook the breakfast is not good enough, so the food tasting is not fresh enough;
2. the sound isolation is not good enough. Within room(both day and night), we can hear the sound outside clearly in corridor or neighbor room or upper level room;
3. at night, the smell in washroom is not good but in daytime it is ok. donot know why.
4. we got the help from reception to call a local ChiangMai restaurateur for dinner booking. but after the call, hotel staff told us that we need to pay 20 Bat for this local phone call(less than 5 mins).

VERY minimal
Lighting was horrible, breakfast was awful, sink had no warm water, shower had a weird shelf right where you have to stand, there were 4 hangers and no drawers, etc. I wouldn’t stay again.
