Perfect And Excellent

Me and my daughter been staying for 4 days, we are well taken care by Ms. Penny and Mr. Joseph to guide us where is the nice place to visits. They really take care of us make us feel like home. Really appreciate their thought.😘😘 We will recommend to our friends on this hotel and will stay in this hotel soon again. Thanks Penny and Joseph for your care when we stay in Thapae Loft Hotel. Great Location, Room is confort

Hotel is very clean n new.staffs r very helpful,knowledgeable with good English.

Great staff
Perfect location to everything. Staff knew us on first name basis. Incredibly friendly and set us up with activities and recommendations. Only complaint was the internet. Worked but pretty finicky.

Excellent customer service
The service here was excellent the decor beautiful the floors in the room slippery if wearing socks but who's wearing socks in Thailand! Beds were comfy shower fantadtic
