Avoid at all costs if you want a SPA and a place to eat

The Na Tree Tara Resort is advertising facilities that are not available. The hotel is selling itself as a fully functioning hotel and it is not "value for money" at all. During our 3 day stay the SPA was not open due to 'manpower issues' and there was no food available from either the cafe or the restaurant after 6pm. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel.

The wifi was non existent in the villa which they did not rectify during my stay.
Zero hotel information in the rooms, no English channels on the television.
The staff spoke very little English. At breakfast there were no staff in the restaurant, I had to go and find a member of staff. We were the only guests eating in the dining room, the food took so long to make that we were late leaving for the airport.
I feel completely cheated for paying a large amount of money for a pool villa on a hotel complex that just does not function.

Good rate using government program
Services and hotel are excellent except two things. 1/ too many flies and they invaded into our rooms. 2/ TV Reception has bad connection.

Quiet and Peaceful place to rest
A bit too high for pricing. Room is not spacious, but nice and clean. Staff is very helpful.
