Black mold in shower
I’m saddened to have to write this, but feel I must. My fiancé and I stayed at the Krabi river hotel for two nights. We got in late on the first night and the next morning we found black mold in the shower. We asked the front desk reception to have us moved to a room that did not have mold and she refused saying they would clean it. We waited two hours and still they did not. I asked her nicely again if they could please do something about the black mold and move us and she said “ok, ok someone is coming” ... they did not. For the third time l, another two hours later I asked her to come upstairs and look for herself as black mold is really bad for ones health and she did and still refused to move us to another room. As I was talking to her, she threw her hands up in frustration and stormed out of the room. If my fiancé wasn’t sick, we would have left right then and there. We were extremely disappointed with the way that she handled this situation and hope to inform people that all the rooms on the 3rd floor have black mold in them.
