Loved the location

There's an excellent night market that sets up on the pier, that is close to the hotel. I found the walk to the town very easy and enjoyable going down the seawall. My room was very quiet, and was well maintained. Minor cleaning issues in the bathroom.The hotel appears to have been renovated, and is more modern than other Thai hotels I have stayed at in this price range.
