Best compromise between cost, location, comfort and tidiness on Kata Beach

The hotel is located at Northern end of Kata Beach, walking distance to Karon Beach. It is located 5mins walking distance from Kata beach, a 7-11 across the road, and 3mins walk to Kata's Night market (with local Thai food), needless to say the location hit the sweet spot. Every taxi and tuk tuk driver we hired knows about the hotel so no problem there neither.
The hotel opened in the summer of 2019 so when we arrived the hotel is still in mint state with no mold in bathroom nor hair in the shower drain, decor is clean and simple, TV is brand new with CAST so you can cast your phone's content onto the TV, all sockets are international standard and they even have USB sockets. A/C is strong and in case that is not enough they also have a ceiling fan to stir the air to make it even cooler (if you prefer to sleep in a freezer!)
Final Verdict: At this price, you can't find anything better!
