No water in bathroom

Back from shopping at 9pm. We want to take a shower but no hot water, even pressure of water is not strong. Call to staffs they come to do nothing and asked us to wait till midnight. At the end the just offer to move the room on second floor that water more strongly pressures but that room is nearly the road we can't sleep because of noise from the car.

Nice quiet hotel close to a busy district

Great location, but hotel needs work

Reasonable Hotel but Needs Improvements
