The Room is Large & Comfy - The GM Was So Helpful

The hotel itself was great, the room came in the right size and well decorated.
I must say we didn't have a good impression when we entered to our first room because there is some lack of work due to the cleanliness of the room but only one call down to the front t desk, the general manager has stepped in to manage everything for us straight away. They did change the room for us straight away but It might be because the hotel was fully booked during that period so they were in rush making up the room it was not perfect but it's acceptable for sure.
Overall it's a nice hotel with a good hospitality mind staff who willing to help you with anything. I will definitely go back there again if I have a chance and hope I will meet their fully good preparation next time.

Dirty no matter what
