It is just Fantastic
The staff at the restaurant are very helpful, all of them are just amazing, stayed there for 3 nights and i need to heat up my baby food that i brought from Malaysia ( cooked by my own) and i have to heat up 3 times a day, the restaurant staffs help me with smile always and its make me feel happy with the support given as i am always in stress with the my baby food. need to make sure all is good :-)
Pool is great, room is fantastic, Housekeeper is very friendly, reception very friendly. Overall all is just great, the only thing i can see is that the management in this hotel suppose to have more staffs, I realize that there is a staff at the Sun bar who working at the sun bar and towel counter from morning till 8pm evening she came in rush to the bar lounge to do the service as the lounge only have 1 staff and he was overload. We waited more than 30 mins for 2 drinks and many others guest was there waiting too. There are just short of staffs and restaurant staffs run here and there to lounge bar and sun bar staff at the pool work at the towel counter they are all multitask. It's show clearly that they need more staffs and better arrangement on this matter.
Your Hotel is doing very well as you have great team, please take good care of the team as they take very well care of your guests too :-)
