Standards have taken a drop

This is my 5 th or 6 th visit to this hotel. In the past it was great but this trip round everything went wrong. Firstly check in was a night mare. It took us 90 minutes to check in but they did not tell us that the rooms were not ready. We had two taxi vans from the hotel that collected us from the airport but the one taxi dropped half of my family at the wrong Deevana Hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms were atrocious. I had to ask house keeping to come and re clean the room on checking in. Very very disappointing. Ehsaan Nagia
