Overpriced.

Shower blocked entire stay. Reported to cleaner but not fixed. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Room 526 smells like urine. Had a great room attendant for the first five days but after that cleaners needed to be chased to get either teabags, toilet paper and water. Breakfast has many options, but servers were always empty and you had to wait a long time for them to be refilled. Bacon and egg servers were always empty. A fair hike to Bangla Rd. Way overpriced for what we received. On the good side, the staff at reception are most welcoming and very lovely. The pool is nice too.

Would not stay again Could be good hotel but smell dirty under staffed!! Very disappointed only!

Not clean
