Excellent personalised staff; clean room with very comfortable bed and pillows, and kitchenette
Spent a night with my 3 other family members. The staffs over the counter are very warm and friendly who provide great personalised service. I am impressed with one of the male staff for his personalised service, maybe that was the duty manager (forgot to ask his name). He made efforts to connect with us even thought we were only there to stay for one-night, such as how was our day at Bangkok - where we went, how was our city cum temple tour we had booked with Travel Hub, how was my traditional Thai massage with No. 38 Infinity Spa and even mediated for us with taxi drivers who refused to turn on their taxi meter to airport. In fact, he paid our last taxi driver an additional of B$40 to keep him happy for fetching us to airport when I stood firm that we would only pay for the meter charges B$285 (hotel to Suvarnabhumi airport) and B$75 toll fees that total to B$360 in late afternoon. We are grateful and impressed for his personalised service. We shall return to stay again.
