Very nice service! Though at the beginning the amenities was not fully replenished for 3 ppl of us, they quickly offered what we want after request. The housekeeping staff were really nice. Since one of us was sick during the stay and we didn't want room cleaning but just more water and tissue papers, after we told them, they were so generous to offer the free bottled water and other amenities that were more than we asked for. Though we could not communicate very well, but we do appreciate their generosity and politeness. They really helped us a lot! The staff at the concierge, Johnny, was also very friendly and eager to help. Room was good enough for 3 ppl. And really appreciate the kitchen with microwave. Location was good, though about 10-min walk to shopping mall (Terminal 21)/ BTS (Asok)/ MRT (Suhkumvit), there are lots of stores, restaurants and food kiosksalong the route, very convenient! Overall it was a great stay in Bangkok. Would recommend my friends too.
