Outdated and Dirty
When we arrived, my grouo found out that the hotwl would only give us one king sized bed and the other couple had to sleep in twin beds. There is no way to know what type of bed you will get when booking through Agoda. The staff was not willing to help change things for us, even though they had empty rooms with king sized beds available.
The biggest issue with this hotel is it's dirty condition. My friend and I asked for rags to clean the kitchenette and bathroom by ourselves. The sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. Laundry was thrown into the closet, as well. The owner is in complete denial about the conditions. There are only two maids who also function as cooks. The photos of this hotel are very outdated.
This hotel is very far away from food, the restaurant is only open for two hours for breakfast, and there is no bottled water provided. There are no slippers inside the rooms, either. You may have to ask for towels, too. The bedding is very old and yellow in some patches.
Overall, a bad experience and sad that Agoda didn't help us get a refund.
