Pretty hotel, good service

When we first arrived here, I was very unhappy with my room. They were doing construction on their main building, which happened to be right next to our room, which meant constant noise. Also, the view from the Ocean View Junior Suite was not nearly as good as I expected. However, once we spoke with the management team about the issues, they were on top of it! They were all very helpful in reaccomodating us to a different room. Also, they regularly checked in on us during the rest of our stay to make sure that we were happy. The property is very pretty and has 2 pools that are both nice, one near the beach, and one in the garden area. Dining right next to the ocean is also a nice treat!

Excellent resort
They have maximized every sq meter of Rocky's, w/ wonderful touches everywhere. Breakfast was very good. The shuttle service was a small bonus but i wd just rent scooters. The beach is only ok, but go... อ่านต่อ

Amazing hotel, one of the best of my life

Romantic place
