We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Avani. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable - bed, pillows, towels, robes, the bedroom slipper, the room and the hotel areas were all clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread and tasty. Room service and housekeeping was also prompt to deliver. We also enjoyed the facilities and the massage at the hotel spa! The hotel also had a cafe in the lobby and is directly linked to a small mall and On Nut station making it so convenient to find necessities or get around. There is also Tesco opposite the hotel. Most of all, the stay exceeded expectations because of the excellent service provided by the staff! It seems Avani has manage to hire an excellent team. Shout out to Kushi, Wall, Por, Sunny, the really pretty girl at the front desk, the tall and handsome concierge with the golden keys and the gentlemen who helped us with our blinds and coffee machine - thank you all for your excellent service!
