Very good with a few caveats

Good: Staff were very helpful from front desk to maid service. Beds are very comfortable. Bad: TV would degrade and lose lan connection, few Thai channels to watch Muay Thai (mcot, ch 8). Breakfast has a great presentation, but food lacks taste, bland. Recommend allowing staff to eat and critique the food quality. Thai people know good food and take their advice.

Helpful staff, nice view and cleanliness room
Everything is good! close to Supermarket and BTS. Someone may consider the location is not in the city center, actually I am quite appreciate that because of not too crowded and closer to night market... อ่านต่อ

Good location, but cockroach found in the room
Overall fine but we found a cockroach alive which is totally unacceptable. Hotel staff didn’t come immediately even after calls. Manager didn’t handle it well too.

Nice hotel that very close to BTS
I will recommend this hotel as it's very close to BTS, and also connected to a mall that with plenty of restaurant and convinient stores.
