Shortage of Staff

Totally new hotel. Shortage of staff and nobody will assist with your luggage or anythings! Reached the hotel prior check in time, even there are plenty of room available to check in. They still insist us to paid early check in fees then only allow us to check in the room. Totally not flexible and this is the first time i face this situation as usually all the hotel will allow early check in if the room is ready without any additional charges! Location is bad and all the taxi driver and tuk tuk where the hotel located at.

Accommodating, clean and new

In between The Berkely and Ramada.
Location is not for those wanting to be in the middle of the centre. But its not far from it either. Good value for money.

Good room but stinky toilet
Not sure why but there was a very strong smell coming out of their toilet outlets from the moment we first checked in until we checked out.
