Satisfactory hotel in not a great location.

I drove to Chiang Mai so I was pleased with the security of the underground carpark. However the traffic flow round the hotel needs care otherwise you will end up driving round in circles. THe breakfast was of a good quality but no choice. I would have preferred a healthy option. THe room was dated but well maintained and satisfactory. I would stay there again but beware public transport is not freely available.
